England Three Kings! Cook,Strauss And Broad Off To Divide The Master

England took the unusual step of appointing three captains, with Alastair Cook and Andrew Strauss Stuart Broad participation in high office.

Cook to assume the leadership of one day, who has extensive replace Paul Collingwood as England captain Twenty20.

Strauss has stopped to focus on a limited transfer of test cricket has led the team in back-to-back Ashes series in 2013.

This required the promotion of the commander-in-waiting to cook, but England does not feel that his game is the shortest form, so the decision over the reins of Broad Twenty20.

And it is clear that Cook was left off the team for the World Cup, despite his prolific Ashes series, it must demonstrate that it can succeed as a modern 50-opener as well, if it is to confirm that he is the right man to guide the 'England for the next World Cup 2015.

Strauss said: "I enjoyed my time as captain of England one day and I am enormously proud of the progress we have made in limited overs cricket during the last two years.

"We still have a long way to go if we are to achieve our goal of winning the world events of the ICC and I think a good time for me to resign and make sure someone else have this problem.

"Retirement is a one day cricket also allows me to concentrate solely on Test captain and continuous development of the Test arena we aim to be the top ranked team in world cricket.

"I'm looking forward to working closely with Alastair and Stuart, as we work together to progress the development of England on all forms of the game.

"Both Alastair and Stuart showed cricketers world class and both have excellent leadership qualities that will ensure the success of England in the years to come."

Team Manager Andy Flores tried to talk to Strauss to leave for another year or two. But Strauss, who at 34 knows he will not be there for the next World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, is adamant the time has come for his resignation and allow planning to begin by 2015.

He did not necessarily retire just outside the cricket ground, so it can continue to play centrally contract. But, as the Twenty20 cricket, it is unlikely that England are looking for new, not least because they are unlikely to choose Strauss, Cook and Jonathan Trott their first three big-hitting, modern, 50-over the world.

Flower said: "There has never been tried before, so we're very excited about the opportunity," he said.

"We cover new ground. We do not know 100 percent if it will work or be an efficient and effective, but we'll give him a chance. With quality people around us, I think we're a good management team.

"These two young teachers learn a lot from him. I think lucky to have him as a sounding board. This could be the most effective use of our resources. In the coming years we will see if

Cook, who made a good impression as England captain in Bangladesh last year, showed a strong Ashes in Australia who can score, but the big question is whether it can emulate Strauss to develop his game of one-day cricket.

England know that if Cook struggles during the next year they will have enough time to turn to Broad, who will then have three years to help turn finally to England's World Cup challengers.

Cook said: "Andrew Strauss has led to a one-day team continued success in the last two years, and I want this trend to continue as captain.

"I am excited by the challenge of taking our 50-over cricket to new heights, and I think I can play a leading role with the bat and the captain.

"I worked hard on my limited overs cricket in recent times - I've never seen as a test and only drummer I know I have much to offer strategic and as a drummer in the top one-day cricket."

The news, announced to the Lord of flowers and England director Hugh Morris, means England are ready to call time on international career Collingwood, who retired after the Ashes Test, but expressed the desire continue in the one-day cricket.

The man who led England the world title last year, Twenty20 is all about whether or not to fulfill his dream and is said to be angry in fact dismissed as the leading short-form

But Flowers said after recent embarrassment of England's World Cup in Sri Lanka that the one-day planning to do with the World Cup in mind, so there seems little in the choice of 34-years old Collingwood, when he will not also become available in 2015.

Logic, to have three captains are healthy, but it's still an amazing show, at least not when England have publicly said earlier that, even two is not ideal.

Nasser Hussain has completed his captaincy of England when it became clear to him that his team had developed under Michael Vaughan in the one-day cricket, while Collingwood Vaughan shared leadership ended in tears when they both left the same day in 2008 .

This has led to Kevin Pietersen has promoted the best candidate to everything that happens, but when his kingdom has fallen, as well as coach Peter Moores, England has decided that Strauss would play one day cricket, after all.

Pietesen tweeted since its support for the new trio. The drummer from South Africa said: "Congratulations to Cookie & overall captaincy .. A new era for ENG. Young captains in the future .. Exciting times ahead! "

Broad is only a chance to prove his fitness for the activities of two Twenty20 games this year - one each against Sri Lanka and India. His big opportunity came the next year World Twenty20 Sri Lanka.

Where in England is a good idea if Cook has made a success as well as stroke and captain of the 50-over cricket and identity Strauss finally full-time successor is clearer.

Broad said: "This is a great privilege to be named captain of the England Twenty20. I always liked playing the shortest form of the game and I welcome the opportunity to develop my leadership skills as captain of the England Twenty20.

Collingwood added: "It was a privilege to captain my country and I have very fond memories of my time as Twenty20 skipper. The highlight of my time as captain is clearly the Twenty20 World Cup title last year, but there have been many accomplishments to be proud. "
