HP recalls batteries from October 2008 to April 2006, October 2005, most recently in May and October 2009 and May 2010. The first recall in this same series as the current reminder came in May 2009 when 54,000 batteries have been recalled. The current recall is about three times that to 162,000 batteries. Dell Unveils XPS 15Z, Their Next-generation Laptops

Dell announced the XPS 15z, the first of a new line of XPS laptops slim and powerful. The XPS 15z is less than an inch thick, and Dell is billed as the thinnest 15-inch PC in the world (although that is debatable depending on what we read). Even if the notebook is slim and lightweight (weighs 5.5 kg) that does not skimp on features. The device includes a second generation Intel Core i7 i5 or under the hood, NVIDIA GeForce GT, 2 USB 3.0 ports, 8-hour battery, and more.

The Dell XPS 15z is clearly designed to appeal to the sensibilities of people who love laptops look and form factor as Apple MacBook Pro, but would prefer a laptop with Windows and a lower entry price. The ports are on the sides of the laptop, with just a little further back. laptop keyboard has backlit keys Chiclet style with speakers on each side of the keyboard, and the body is made of silver, an alloy of aluminum and magnesium.

It may seem at this stage that a knock-off of the MacBook Pro, but is clearly only inspired the same qualities that make Apple's popular flagship notebook. If certain features work, integrity, and Dell is doing just that. In addition, the XPS 15z is $ 1,000 starting price tag, certainly stands out from the competition.

XPS 15Z also sports a 15.6-inch widescreen LED display that comes in a standard version (1366 x 768 pixels) and a Full HD (1280 x 1080 pixels), depending on how much you want to use. This show will be powered by your choice Graphics Card Nvidia GeForce 525 graphics card with 1 GB or 2 GB or video RAM. You get another standard bells and whistles Dell, plus: a reader 9-in-1, an integrated 1.3 megapixel webcam , HDMI and DisplayPort Mini Ethernet ports, Gigabit Ethernet and a large touchpad.

Under the hood you'll find an Intel Core or Core i7 i5 second generation, and 4 GB of RAM, expandable to 8GB. Interestingly, Dell has decided to adopt USB 3.0, and includes two USB 3.0 ports on the laptop, with support for Bluetooth 3.0, support for Intel Display Widi, and 802.11 A / G / N wireless compatible. Interestingly, support for 802.11b networks - which are even more widespread than 802.11n networks - has not been mentioned.

Certainly, 15Z XPS starts at $ 1,000, and you do not want upgrades of RAM, the screen Full HD, a bigger hard drive and you bump the price tag. However, Dell XPS sends a signal 15Z, that their next generation of consumer notebooks are here, and they will deliver serious bang for the buck.

How Computer Generation Going On ......

Twenty years ago nobody would have thought a supercomputer could fit into something as thin as a second IPAD It gives us something to think about the future of computers, but they will be shaped workstations, notebooks and tablets.

The best thing you can say about a computer is the way it develops and becomes part of our lives. Try to remember how your computer looked like in the 60s. Now look in your pocket. The smartphone you use every day is more powerful than the type of machine used in the scientific sense of numbers. Computers are part of an entire ecosystem, but we are interested in personal computers, especially laptops.

That leaves us with laptops, netbooks and shelves. The most interesting is that the generation IPAD second faster than the mid-80's supercomputer, Cray ie 2. Also, if you take the two nuclei of the two IPAD can be compared with supercomputers, 1994. So it took about 17 years to transfer the processing power of an entire room of motherboards to a "magical" device.

When it comes to current Intel laptops Sandy Bridge is miles ahead of last year's processors and supercomputing light years from the last century. So we think that all engineers who dare to push the limits every day.

Do not let the frenzy yet, though. IPad 2 had not been outdoors for a long time, and could be next spring before the iPad 3 surfaces. This means that there is plenty of time for other items also occur.
