Abercrombie Is The Situation: Withdrawal, Dawgs!

Mike "Situation" Sorrentino Jersey Shore is at war again Abercrombie & Fitch. This time the feud has shirts, says a blatant use of his name.

If you recall, last month AF and publicly offered to pay Sitch not using their clothing, suggesting that just gives you a bad reputation and so on and so on.

He said he never received an offer, however. But here comes the strange part: A & F has sold T-shirts, obviously inspired by the situation and the coast of New Jersey, as "Fitch GTL" and another says "Fitchuation."

Tired of this publicity stunt, and last month, lawyers for Mike to say enough, requiring the company to yank the shirt away.

Sitch also believes his company, MPS Entertainment owns the trademarks of these propositions, and that A & F, they are offensive. So you pay more.

The company has until Tuesday to respond. Meanwhile, the fools better not even think to come up with something
