BPO Companies Offering Alternative Jobs For Nursing Graduates

MANILA, Philippines - When an excessive number of unemployed graduates in nursing in the country, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company provides jobs for the company.

Accenture recently announced its offer of alternative and progressive career of Filipino nurses in the management of care services.

Business Process Outsourcing Service Delivery Operations Manager Benedict Hernandez said that nurses can capitalize on their training and experience and at the same time, "enjoy the benefits that are globally competitive."

Accenture is now accepting applications for nurses who have no clinical experience, Philippine nurse, US-registered nurses with clinical experience, but has yet to acquire a license. A "very attractive" pay awaits candidates, Hernandez said.

Accenture currently has "several hundred" of its management program for employees of health care services, he said.
