Video: Carmageddon Fears Last As Long As 405 Is Reopened Ahead Of Schedule

Carmageddon has come and gone. In fact, never quite emerged. Los Angeles officials had been warning of the impending closing 405 Freeway for several months now and it seems that people have listened. According to reports, the area was relatively empty highway and travel through Southern California proved to be an easy task.

The work also seemed to ease the task team is to break down part of Mulholland Drive bridge. 405 was re-scheduled for early in the morning sometimes, but the highway was open for business on Sunday, a full 17 hours ahead of schedule.
