Officials were studied using the Google Translate service in the preparation of the minutes of the proceedings in Welsh, and then proof read it.
But the head of the association said the idea of translation activity is not saving money.
Assembly officials say they have agreed to file a fully bilingual, in principle.

Welsh contributions AMS is translated into English for the recording, but not vice versa.
The Welsh Language Board has accused the Assembly Commission, responsible for day to day business in Cardiff Bay, to break the language system by not producing a record of the plenary fully bilingual - the equivalent to Assembly Hansard of Parliament.
A report of a recent meeting of the Committee, said passage of 5000 words from the plate - known in Welsh as "cofnod" - was downloaded from Google Translate and "quality assured" by a staff member as part of a pilot project.
He estimated that the cost of using this method of translation of approximately £ 110 000 per year, but he noted that Google has plans to withdraw the free service and possibly replace it with a paid service.

Based on the free application for the disc to be "high risk", the report said.
Hiring a bilingual translators to turn to record five days would cost about £ 240 000 and makes the work of the house would cost about £ 350,000.

Geraint Wyn Parry, executive director of the Association of Welsh Translators and Interpreters, said: "It's a ridiculous idea, really, they can even consider bringing a legal document such as this by using machine translation, which is recognized as having missing.
"The only way to produce a satisfactory cofnod Welsh language is to use a recognized translator."
He added that even if the translator of Google could give an idea of what has been said, the technology was "nowhere near sufficiently developed to translate official documents".

"I think the general perception is probably more effective from scratch," he said.
"There is certainly a place for software in the translation industry.
"But the moment the software as Google Translate, mechanical translation, is very much in its infancy."
Mr. Parry has been estimated that about 600 people working in Welsh and English in Wales. His organization has 326 individual members and six members of society.
In a statement, the Assembly Commission, said he had considered the approach to be "to provide bilingual copies."
"As part of a commitment to develop and innovate the delivery of bilingual services, the commissioners agreed in principle that they wish to provide a bilingual summary of the case," he said.
Officials were asked to continue to study the feasibility and cost of using machine translation database.
He said: "They (the commissioners) have agreed that any new agreement would be sustainable in the long term and provide a reasonable cost, the Commission will examine the results of this work in early autumn .."
The Commission also agreed to introduce legislation that would put his tasks and to the Assembly for bilingual services "on a sound statutory." A bill should be ready for the treatment of AMS at the end of year.
A spokesman for the Assembly, said that the Welsh Council on the Commission to support the use of machine translation based on a meeting last month.
