New Application For Android: Tesco Buying Satellite Navigation


Still spending half an hour looking for Cadbury's Mini Rolls? Tesco comes to the rescue Android app Sat-nav

Tesco has announced that it is pioneering the application of satellite navigation for a shopping cart, you can search for items in the shopping list more easily.

The application for Android only guide customers around a map of the store with the GPS signal on your smartphone and calculate the shortest route and fastest way to collect all the items on your shopping list.

All you need do is make a list on your device before entering the store and the software does the rest. Even allow you to send a list of friends so they can run errands for you.

The application is tested in a Tesco Extra store in order to implement nationwide if it proves to be popular among buyers. It will be interesting to see how accurate the claim. Presumably, to be so precise, should Tesco GPS receivers throughout the store.
