Court Reserves The Bail Plea Kanimozhi


Keep up the pressure, Delhi special court today reserved orders bail plea DMK MP Kanimozhi after the CBI objected, saying that "all control" in Kalaignar TV, which was Rs. 200 crore by the Group Dynamics Balwa behind the scenes.

Investigation Agency argues that the DMK's family owns 80 percent of TV and all decisions of a financial transaction should be familiar with them.


He said the DMK chief Karunanidhi's wife Dayalu Ammal owns 60 percent of the company, but he is not actively in its activities, carried out with the lady and Mr. Sharad Kumar Kanimozhi.


"If a family owns 80 percent of the company, it is inconceivable that someone other than the family could run a company," said Lalit.
